Sponsors and member of Dham will get facilities as per the decision taken by the
Trust. It may change according to rules and regulations amended time to time as per decision of the board. |

All the disputed matters will be settled by arbitrations subject to Jodhpur. |

Final decision will taken by trust in the amendments of the rules and regulation
related to the management, sponsors, members, donors, suppliers, residents and all the people who are directly or indirectly related with Dham. |

Any of the tax liability arises by State or Central Govt. will be worn by resident people. |

Risk and responsibility covers upto paid amount paid by any of person/trust/organization etc. |

Amount once paid in favour of Trust is neither Refundable nor Transferable. |

Trust management can take any hard decision against people who are indulge in Misbehaving, anti-activity or are harmful to the assets and liabilities of Dham or to any resident of
Dham. |

At the time of death of Resident person, immediately will be informed to relatives. if not responded by them to recollect the body, Dham will do the needful. Dead body will be send through Ambulance upto six hundred kilometers free of cost by Dham. |
